Features not available in Microsoft Teams are supplemented by interaction with the Clarity Communication Center.
For example, name resolution on an incoming call is also available to Teams users using the address books connected to Clarity. All ACD functions can be used in combination with the Teams client. For incoming hotline calls, the Teams client displays the hotline name as well as the caller number and caller name.
Furthermore, presence information is also exchanged bidirectionally between Microsoft Teams and the Clarity Communication Center.
