User-Defined Favorites Groups
The ability to create custom favorites groups is a feature that is now also available in the web client. In the Participants tab, under “Favorites” on the right, users can now add new groups. This allows each user to create and name multiple personalized favorites groups.
This feature is now fully synchronized across all Clarity platforms. Clarity developers have re-implemented the function in the Windows client while simultaneously expanding the structure of the web client and app to accommodate the new setup.
Conference Planner
A feature that was previously only available in the Windows client is now also accessible in the web client. With considerable effort, its usability has been improved. The result is a redesign of the feature in the Windows client, fully aligned with the goal of enhancing both functionality and user experience across platforms.
Calendar Status for Static Conferences
In static conference rooms, real-time availability is now displayed in the “Conference” tab. Users can quickly see whether a room is available or occupied and receive timely notifications about the next event or the end of the current one. This elegant solution enhances the clarity of the user interface while providing all the essential information. Perfect for efficient planning and easy room management – all without additional effort.
Improving the user experience in conferences
Good news for all those who organize conferences spontaneously via the keypad! Multiple numbers can now be entered at the same time. If you want to create a conference and add users at the same time, all you have to do is separate the different numbers with a comma.
Persistent Filters in the Web Client
For an even smoother and more efficient user experience, personally selected filter and sorting settings in the “Participants” tab are now automatically saved. Even after re-logging or switching tabs, there is no need to reconfigure, ensuring a seamless workflow without interruptions.
Users can easily set their preferred settings, navigate flexibly through the system, and return exactly where they left off. This improvement makes daily tasks easier and allows users to focus fully on what matters.
New Expansion for Executor
From now on, users can specifically filter call-related action triggers by service numbers in the Executor – conveniently through the user-friendly WMT interface. This feature provides even greater flexibility and control over call management.

It’s official: The Jabra Pro 920 headsets are being phased out, and are now replaced by the new (and improved) Engage 45 SE headsets, offering exclusive connectivity for desk phones. The Engage 45 SE stands for enhanced security, precision, and sound quality. Additionally, its lighter weight makes it even more comfortable, allowing for all-day wear without discomfort. The Engage 45 SE comes standard with USB-C charging ports.
30 November: All about data security
The Clarity Softphone is already ready for Cyber Security Day: It supports SRTP, the highest standard of data security in real-time transmission. This ensures that confidential information is protected during transmission and cannot be intercepted or manipulated by unauthorized parties.
For maximum security, all Clarity products, in addition to SRTP, provide an encrypted connection to the database, allowing users to easily configure a TLS 1.3 connection. This ensures that data remains protected at all times, and Clarity users benefit from the latest encryption technology.
What measures is your company taking on Cyber Security Day? We look forward to hearing from you at newsletter@clarity-ag.net. The first three submissions will receive a fascia roller and a fascia ball from our health partner, Health-Rise GmbH.
