For example, the reference value maximum wait time can be combined with call duration.<\/p>\n<p>In the illustration, the number of calls is set up as a column that relates to three reference values: total call time, talk time, and connected time. A frequently requested feature from our customers was the ability to use hotkeys in the web client. This will be possible in the upcoming version.<\/p>\n<p>Web client users will soon be able to highlight phone numbers from third-party sources\u2014such as an Excel list or a website\u2014and dial them directly. The Secure Real-time Transport Protocol (SRTP) is a security protocol designed specifically for the secure transmission of real-time data such as voice and video streams. It extends the basic Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP), which is commonly used for transmitting multimedia data over networks.<\/p>\n<p>SRTP is widely used in applications such as Voice over IP (VoIP), video conferencing, and other real-time communication services, where data security is a key concern. It ensures that confidential information remains protected during transmission and cannot be intercepted or tampered with by unauthorized parties.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Favorites Folder<\/h4>\n<p>Previously, users could save their contacts in a single favorites folder within the client. Based on popular demand, the latest version of the Windows client now allows the creation of multiple favorites folders.
